For customized items, there may be a longer delivery period which would be specified on the respective product page.
All orders are usually shipped within 21 days after the confirmation of the order. However your products may not be in stock and in that case a custom made shipment may take 5/6 weeks.
All products are first polythene packed then packing-paper wrapped.
